Over the 3hr workshop we will equip you with the necessary skills in the Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Get-Up to begin your training on the simple & Sinister Program.
During the workshop we will also cover the basics of the program, how and when to work up to heavier bells.

There are six fundamental movements that you need to gain mastery of the kettlebell:
Develop android-like work capacity. The kettlebell swing is the most effective strength & conditioning exercise in the world.
Learn the foundation for lifting heavy kettlebells swiftly and safey. The clean promotes efficient posterior chain recruitment, speed and power.
Burn fat without the dishonour of aerobics. The kettlebell snatch builds a strong lower back and a vice-like grip.
“The Fountain of Youth” Bullet-proof your shoulders and develop the mobility and stabilty needed to lift exceedingly heavy weight above your head.
When done correctly, the kettlebell press will strengthen the shoulders, upper back, arms and lats. And it makes you happy.
The ultimate leg developer. Squatting properly will strengthen and repair painful knee joints.

How do I attend a workshop?
Click on one of the Register Now buttons above. You’ll be taken to the event booking page for that workshop where you can reserve your place.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring your favourite kettlebell, plenty of water and a towel. If you don’t own a kettlebell yet, no problem. You can use one of ours.
Is there an age limit?
Our workshops are for all ages and abilities. However, if you are under 18 years old you will need to get a parent to book your place.
Can I bring a friend / partner / client?
Yes! Training and practicing with a partner can be very helpful. You can coach, motivate and keep each other accountable. Sign up a friend & we’ll give you 50% off your next workshop.
What if I am injured?
Our teaching style is to demonstrate, explain and practice each movement. You will learn a lot by simply watching and listening. If you are concerned about taking part, please call Peter to discuss your injury before booking.
I'm a certified Personal Trainer. Do I get CECs for attending?
No. But you will become a better trainer and highly valued by your PT clients. If we registered the workshop for CECs it would cost you twice as much to attend.
