After 25 years of procrastination I signed up for the Alpha male project. 12 weeks and 10 kilos. lighter I was feeling better than I’ve ever felt.

Peter put me and a some other guys through a programme designed for the individual. He looks at what you can do and helps you work on your deficiencies with exercises to improve your range of movement.

I highly recommend the Alpha challenges to anyone who has the desire to lose weight/ get fitter and stronger.
