I love seeing someone come into the gym, wearing baggy track pants and a loose fitting T-shirt, with absolutely no confidence about exercise or what they are about to do and then seeing them slowly become a “butterfly”. The clothes get tighter, the clumsy exercise movements become more fluid and flowing, the confidence goes higher…………..
Small changes to your lifestyle, can have HUGE impacts on how you look and feel. These changes are slow and progressive, but over time can totally re-vamp your life. Imagine how you would look and feel……..
