WATCH THIS FIRST

Older, Slower & Fatter…..is that our destiny?

Marriage, kids, work, stress, depression, diabetes, heart attack, cancer……

Our energy is sapped from us, but our lives get busier. We aren’t the same man we were just a few years ago.

We’re married, we have kids. The kids are hard to keep up with. We are scared of dying.

We need to Do Something!!!

Commitment: Read This!

Before we go any further, and you send me your email address, and then not follow through, let’s not play games here.  I want to know if you are serious.

Are you ready to change your life? YES or NO

Are you really committed? YES or NO

Answer those question first! If you got  YES in both instances keep reading.

As you can see, this is a no bullshit program.

I am going to SHOW YOU HOW to become a better man.

Yes, I will SHOW YOU HOW, but, YOU need to do the work. You need to show up.

If you are ready to become that better man…., Click Here and start changing your life for the better.

If not, that’s ok.. You just sit back and watch us get better. Your loss brother. We built the platform for you to become a better man. We have the training and the systems in place for that to work. It’s all up to you though. We can’t and will not do it for you. This program has helped so many guys and it can help you too. But you have to be committed.

ALPHA MALE PROJECT originated as a simple strength program for men aged 30-65.

Designed to help you move better, get stronger and be more awesome.

It has evolved into much more. It’s a program that helps men become better men. Physically, mentally, emotionally.

In relationships with your wife or partner, your children, to be a better dad, your friends, to be a better mate, your boss or your employees, to better to work with.

It’s about taking responsibility for our lives and building a better life for ourselves and our family! It’s about….. being a better man.

Alpha Male Project

Abs lost over 40kgs. Changed his life!

The Alpha Male Project program revolves around strength and fitness. That is where we start.

Fixing your health is our priority. Your health is imperative.

We can’t function optimally unless we have optimal health!

The improved body image that goes with better health translates to better self-esteem and that is the gate to endless possibilities.

As your coach, my job is to inspire you, set the example and guide you in the right direction.

Life is simple really. Better choices = Better life.

The Question is WHY?

Alpha Male: Tony G. 50 years young = Beast

Yes, we flip massive tyres, do push-ups with chains wrapped around our neck, lift water-filled kegs that move and sway with every lift.

We carry heavy beams, lift heavy barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

It’s all “Man stuff”, it’s loads of fun and it’s really challenging, and that’s the how.

The reason the guys keep coming back is the WHY! It’s about…..the group.

The Group:

It’s the group.

The brotherhood. Hanging with guys that are all trying to better themselves.

If you are fat and wanna lose weight, hang with fit people.

If you want a better relationship with your partner, hang with guys who have great relationships.

Want to be stronger and move better? Hang with people who are trying to achieve the same.

Want a better job or promotion? Hang with higher achievers.

Emulate and learn!

You ARE who you hang with.

Hang with 10 guys who all wanna improve their lives and you’re going to improve yours! Click the link.

It’s not fucking rocket science!

Better Men:

This is a never ending journey. We must focus on continual improvement. In fitness and health, in our relationships, in our finances, in ourselves.

Continual improvement.

Yes, it’s hard, life gets in the way, things happen, but we can’t drop the ball.  We must be leaders. We must be there for our families. We must lead them and be strong enough to do that both physically and mentally.

Register your interest

We can be better men. But… we need to put in the work. We can’t drop the ball on any of these areas or our life will be incomplete.

Some of the men.

We need to strive for improvement. Continual improvement and we need to stop the excuses.

  • Miss a gym session or 2? Get back into it!
  • Miss a superannuation payment? Pay it!
  • Spending (wasting) money? Sort it.
  • Yell at your partner or kids? Apologise and do something really special to make up for it, but then sort the problem.

Your wife is your life partner. Make her your queen, make her feel special.

Happy wife happy life isn’t bullshit you know. Always work on building a better relationship.

We must keep trying to be better men. It’s not easy, but it’s possible. No excuses. Just keep trying.
