ALPHA MALE PROJECT Deadlift Workshop
Every guy hit a “personal best” (PB) in the Deadlift Workshop we did on Monday night!
Chris, one of the boys, managed to add 55kgs to his best deadlift. That is the power of proper form.
You want to be in the strongest, yet safest possible position to lift the heaviest possible weight.

Our workshops go for about an hour and we work on one lift. They are not workouts, it is pure coaching of technique. Do you sweat? You bet. Do you work hard? You bet.Do you get better? You bet!
