The human body is designed to move as one piece. We need to dump the idea of sitting on a machine and using muscle isolation body-building protocols. Lose the treadmill too! Step into Mojo’s domain. We focus on big, compound movements. You will get functional gains from all our exercises, workouts and fitness programs. There’s nothing fancy here – we’re all about keeping it “Old School”. This is what will get you agile and strong.
Group members encourage each other to succeed. No-one will judge you.
All we require is that: you turn up, put in the effort and get the rewards.
What Will Your Small Group Personal Trainer Get You Doing?
At Mojo we don’t use treadmills, exercise bikes or elliptical machines. We go for old school personal training. This burns fat without losing the muscle to give you a healthier and more powerful body.
Instead of the typical gym we use plenty of jumping drills, ropes, sprints, sled dragging and prowlers. When it comes to developing functional strength there is nothing better. You’ll get mobile, fast and fit.

This kick-arse results-driven training facility was created with one mission: improving your athleticism. The pleasing physical results that you will get are a nice side-effect of your training. You’ll get a body that both looks good AND works well too!
We want to making you a better athlete. Regardless of whether you play first grade football or just want to be able to run around with your kids on the beach. Why compromise looking good at the expense of being mobile? We only look to craft useful bodies!

YES! We do small group personal training which means:

Not a problem! Our strength and fitness programs have you covered!
We teach proper and safe training and exercise technique. You will be given easy versions of exercises so that you can exercise with the group, but at your own pace.
There’s no need to be an athlete. We’ve trained people that haven’t exercised since high school. Hey, you may have never exercised in your life! Now is your chance.
We’ll get you set on the right path forward. We see where you are at, if/where you have problems, and where you are strong. Then we adjust whatever needs adjusting. We get you training safely and effectively!
I don’t have time, do I need to spend hours in the gym to get results?
Get results without hours in the studio or gym.
Our strength and conditioning training sessions are around 45 minutes each.
When we’re training at our Eastern Suburbs gym in Matraville, Sydney, we’re switched on and focused. That means you get into the studio, train and get out. This way you can focus on living life with the people you love.

I’ve seen your strength & fitness training videos. I’m not ready for that yet. Should I train on my own first?
Anyone with the right attitude can tackle our programs, workouts and exercises. Yes, even you!
We specialise in getting you more fit and active. Whether you’re fit already or have never trained in you life.
It doesn’t matter if you’re 50kgs or 150kgs, we WILL make you more athletic. There is no posers or gorillas, peacocks or make-up queens at Mojo Strength. Just ordinary like-minded people that are seeking to move better and feel better.
No-one in the group will judge you. Everyone wants you to simply do your best and succeed!
